Can't say "Thank you" enough! I was in a tough spot trying to prepare to evacuate Hurricane Milton with my garage door spring broken and my car stuck in the garage. I had my doubts I could get someone on a Sunday morning but checked online and found PGD open! I made an appointment easily online and my door was repaired by 1 pm...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My experience was wonderful. I was able to book the appointment online, Robbie showed up right on time and was very pleasant. He explained my options to me and provided a price quickly. I asked how long to repair and when they would be able to complete. He said a few hours and he was going to do now. Very efficient and explained all of the features to me. Robbie D was pleasant, knowledgeable and had great workmanship. My parents recommended Precision as they had used them and were also happy with their work.
