Very good installation of the garage door movement mechanism. Surprisingly quiet and reliable. Robert Trotter gave me a helping hand moving items out of the way, even though it was my responsibility It seems to me the new regulations are more concerned about the safety of my non-existent underage children, than my own safety of any uninvited intruders entering my garage. No possibility of warning light, which I had before.

Robert Trotter repaired our garage door opener and replaced springs. Our system was damaged with a lightening strike. (We also lost Cable, telephones, etc). He was very professional and was very good at explaining things in detail and answering questions. Very friendly and personable. Robert Trotter was very Professional, friendly, polite, and fast. And he is very knowledgeable and it show how he loves what he does. With us not knowing anything about a garage door opener and springs he took the time to explain how it all works and comes together for that we learned a lot from him.
