The installation was excellent, The technician was very pleasant, but the price of over $1700 to install a genie garage door opener in my opinion was unreasonable. Unfortunately, I had no choice. I needed to use my garage.

I've been using Precision Garage Door service for about 25 years. Everyone is just wonderful and gives excellent service. Today I had the pleasure of having Sean as my technician. I had my key pad replaced under my warranty.

I am happy to be a repeat customer. My garage door is very old. 9 years ago, Precision replaced the opener and all of the rollers. The door is used multiple times daily and needed to have the rollers and pulleys replaced. The door is once again, nearly silent in operation. Great service and they provide options to fit your needs (I won't be here 9 more years, but I'll bet the door still works!!). Thanks, Bob

Sean came out to replace our very old Genie screw drive opener. It was making too much noise and not running correctly. He gave me a quote, and was out the next day, and completed the job!! Excellent work, friendly and professional. Thanks Sean and Precision, the belt drive is SOOO much quieter too!

Precision installed my garage door years ago and installed an automatic opener in 2021. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a result of an electrical outage during Hurricane Milton, my garage door opener was fried and had to be replaced. The technician did a great job!
