My technician Michael looked over the problem, explained the repair, broken spring, quoted the price and completed the work in a Very Timely fashion!!! He looked all over the garage door, lubricating all over the tracks, tightening screws and replaced ones that were no good!! Reset the garage door settings too!! I feel very comfortable referring people to Precision!!! And they EVEN work on Sundays at no additional premium!!!
