I was very impressed by the service I received!!! Once I made the call to Precision, a technician was at my house within an hour (although it wasn't an emergency). My tech was Zack and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained my options thoroughly and quickly installed my replacement parts. He even cleaned up the area and swept the floor when he was done. I will definitely call Precision for any other garage door needs!!
