This will be third time I’ve used this company. It’s always the same experience - Phenomenal. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave Crowe on a Saturday afternoon to help with my garage door that decided to ruin a beautiful afternoon. Not only did Dave knock out my possessed garage door in record time but his personality was fantastic. He turned a lousy day into a great day with his infectious laugh and upbeat personality. Folks, do yourself a favor - don’t bother calling any other company. Precision delivers perfection work consistency with a stable of outstanding technicians. You will not be disappointed with this 5 star company. The Owner, Jim , obviously treats his men and women with respect and appreciation because the technician quality is always an 11 out of 10. Everything was great! John Pappas was the tech dispatched to my home and he showed up more than an hour early (he called ahead to ensure it was OK and I was home) for which I was very grateful! Once on site we talked about the damage and checked the door for less than 5 minutes and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get it operating correctly again. He installed the frame bracket at the top panel and everything took less than a half hour. He even recalibrated the opener / door close limit to ensure it was as flush to the ground as possible without pressing against it - something I didn't even realize was happening prior to his arrival. John was great right from jump street, the price was very reasonable - especially for a saturday afternoon appointment and the work went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone in need of help with their garage door!!

5-star good product, excellent service rep--friendly, intelligent, diligent. Your categories below don't fit the work done. The service performed was the installation of locks/bolts to secure door when power is off. So, yes we did purchase the locks/bolts but that isn't mentioned in your choices.
