I liked your website. Easy to find info and the informative videos were very helpful. Scheduled a service estimate easy and the receptionist was very polite. We had an e-mail confirmation immediately and the technicians name who was to arrive. We had Wesley Allen. This was my first time using your company. We needed new springs and wanted a new opener. I knew my springs were shot. We were given a few options in writing. Wesley was very polite, efficient, and friendly. He performed the repairs immediately and had everything we needed instock on his service truck. Smart worker and meticulous. Being a disabled Florida State HVAC Contractor I was worried if the job would be proper/correct. You have a great guy working for you. The job turned out like I wanted. Im very pleased I had you guys come out. A true full service company, don't change a thing. Definitely will recommend!!!

I had Precision out in February when my spring broke apart. All went well but it was a little more money than I had to spend. The work was done on a Thursday. The next day, Friday I opened the door and it literally flew off the tracks. The tracks bent and the door was dangling. A gentleman came out looked at it and said he would send a tech out the next morning. The tech came and he couldn't believe what had happened. It took awhile but he fixed it and put it all back together. Forward to August 19th, my boyfriend noticed that the cable cord was slacking and I called for a service call. Brian came and fixed it under the warranty . He is pleasant and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Through all my interactions with Precision everyone has been great. Even the ladies in the office are friendly and efficient. You can be proud of a great group of people that work for you. Thank you!

We got several quotes before we decided on Precision. Not only are they professional and offer multiple options, they helped us find someone to reframe our opening. Our house had the original garage doors and needed a lot of prep before installing a new door. Julie always followed through and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. We felt important and the quality of service is above expectations. The installers were polite and easy to talk to. They cleaned up after themselves and offered guidance to keep our new door running smoothly for a long time. We will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

these guys are GREAT !!! I've seen their ads on TV for years. Was away for couple months. Friends came over and really messed up door. I called Precision the day I got back. Tech came out, gave me 3 options at various prices to fix the problem. He was great. Door works better & quieter than it has in 25 years!!! They really do great work & at reasonable prices.
