Most recently, we called on them to repair a broken attachment within their 30 day post maintenance warranty period on a Saturday AM. My wife called to get an estimate on a garage door repair so we could use the coupon. The technician cane out and said that he was there for a service call and there would be a minimum charge of $80. Nice enough guy but Not what we asked for. Since he was there and we were on the hook for the minimum, we he offered a written review of the garage door. We also requested another opener, which he programmed for us. I believe the charge was around $140 and while he waived the service call charge, he did not discount for the coupon.
