Our technician was Adam Michele who listened to the problem & knew exactly what needed to be done. He made other recommendations & was very thorough with the explanations. We needed the springs & shaft replaced today while the other items could wait a bit. No pressure sales by any means. Adam had the parts in the truck & got right to work. Adam was knowledgeable, dependable & very clean. Very pleased with Adam & Precision...the only garage door company to use...

Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs. With a non-functioning garage door opener, I looked for a reputable door service organization that represented Genie openers, a brand I trust. I found Precision, it had good ratings, so I called. I talked with a very nice woman who discussed my problem with the door and set me up for an appointment the next day. Nick came out, very professional, very nice, and he found the motor in my existing opener, 15 years old, was worn out. So he gave me several choices in estimates for replacement, and we agreed on the scope and price. Nick got the door back to operational in about 3 hours. I was impressed by Precision's reputation. Now I am impressed by their people. They will be my go-to folks from now on. Thank You so much.

We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom's house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they're very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We called upon them to install the door on our own house. They met the expectation we had based on previous experience. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I've used Precision in the past and was impressed by the service and courtesy of the techs. Didn't think twice about calling again web the garage door at my new home started acting up. The operator was very kind and was able to give me a same day visit. The tech Christopher couldn't have provided better service and explained everything that was causing the problem. Great company!

Expanding our existing Garage and needed a bigger door. Precision had installed our previous garage door ten years ago and had given us great service. Our builder was using someone else. We had both review and quote the new door. Precision was prompt helpful and and we agin chose them. Both had similar pricing. Liked the unit they had best. The Precision designer/sales associate Mike was excellent.

Called to get my opener repaired, but after considering age and lack of technology with my current unit, I decided to upgrade. Technician James Long was great in suggestions and install. The unit was a little pricey compared to what I’ve paid in the past, but James explained differences and encouraged me to check around before making my decision. I decided to get unit installed in spite of…… All is well thus far…..

I wrote a 5 star google review a few years ago about this company when I had a new garage door opener installed. I would give them more starts if I could and would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door issue. I had Precision come out today to find and fix a noise in my opener that I couldn't find or solve on my own. James was prompt, professional, engaging and worked to find the issue and had it fixed quickly. Thanks again Precision Overhead Garage Door of St. Pete. You are the only company I will use when it comes to maintaining my overhead doors.

Austin Orton went above and beyond the call of duty, providing exceptional customer service. Austin took the time to do a thorough check of the door, and explained what all was going on. Not at one time did he try to up sell me on things that may possibly break in the future. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and said that everything else on the door was still in great shape. Communication and Complete honesty is what running a great business is all about. I highly recommend Precision.
