Kevin Cutolo was very professional in dealing with me. He determined that my old opener was showing signs of age, electrical issues, and gears wearing out. Kevin gave me options for repair or replacement. I felt no pressure as to which option to select. I elected complete replacement of the opener and rails. The work was completed and cleanup was done.
