There’s no one else to call but Precision. Don’t even bother wasting your time and getting disappointed with someone else that was cheaper or more savvy on the phone with you. Disappointment will ensue with other companies… I know. These folks are the best, the most legit, the absolute most professional, the kindest, the real deal to say the least. Thank you for my new doors, and thank you for the service in the past on my old doors. I’m stress free to know I have someone that is my “bo brainer” to call when I have a problem with my garage door or my motor. ?????????? seriously love Precision Door of Clearwater Christian Walker Big shoutout to Andrew Lachance and his crew for a great experience.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I was having an issue with my car not sinking up to the Precision 800 opener. They came out on Labor Day got both remotes and the key pad corrected quickly and were very pleasant. I would recommend them and will use them for future needs.

Your service dept was first class. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Josh the technician and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service skills. In this day of non service mentality take or leave attitude your staff and company out performed. I would not hesitate to recommend or use your company again Thank you

Precision is the best. Easy to make an appointment, quick to respond, helpful with information about the door and beyond. Needed new sensors after the hurricane. Robert Clausen was the technician - fabulous. Precision - whatever you're paying him, it's not enough.

I love doing business with Precision Doors. They replaced my old door & system when I first moved in and came out today to fix my door which was hanging up and not opening up properly (almost two years later). It was easy to schedule an appointment and he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He made sure to fix the problem and then ensure it was working properly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

This service was excellent. Michael was efficient, thorough and over the top professional and personable. I appreciate the quick scheduling, the person that answers the phone at the office, the Saturday service at no extra cost and the quality of the work. Anytime we need service to the garage, we will call Precision and ask for Michael!

We chose precision because we have used them three times in the past. They always come out quickly and are very professional. We have no complaints because we always get a technician that explains everything to us. Today Luke helped us out since our doors were not working properly. We had a very old system and he installed two new garage door openers for us. Gave us a new keypad as well. Spent the time to show me exactly how to run everything. I would use this company and recommend it to anyone.

The technician arrived in a timely manner, same day as my call. He was polite, asking about removing his shoes before entering the house. He listened to my concerns, spent adequate time examining the problem areas, and made recommendations which I accepted. He was obviously knowledgeable about the work required and I was completely satisfied. He discussed everything I needed to know with patience. I was happy with the experience.

I have used this company in the past and found them to be reliable and professional. The service this time confirms my opinion. It took a very short time to determine the problem and fix it. Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable.

I have used your service for years but I am increasingly frustrated. I called and asked the cost would be $90, the bill I was originally presented was $189.00. Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

My garage door opener failed on a hot July day and Precision sent James out that afternoon. The closed door pushed garage temperatures up near 100 degrees but James didn't stop until the job was done. Precision offered a varied price range on openers and provided a five year warranty on my new Liftmaster unit. They even offered a military discount so they earned my five star rating. A professionally run organization top to bottom.

Technician Robert Clausen responded within 1 hour of my call. I explained cables on both sides broke. He checked see what maintenance would be needed. Robert explained what parts needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I gave permission to fix or replace everything that was written down. Robert was professional, courteous and took pride in his work. This made me comfortable to have the work performed. Robert is definitely an asset for Precision. Highly recommend Precision.

I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in St. Petersburg, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.

Jason removed our old garage door and installed our new hurricane rated garage door including reinforced wood framing required for building code. The door and framing look great. He then demonstrated how the door opens and closes and how to lube the moving parts. We are very satisfied with the job he did and with the garage door we purchased. Great job, Jason. Thank you!!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because they are already a 5 star business. Cody was the young man who represented the company. Our garage door motor was over 10 years old. Someone has been through the neighborhood with a garage door scrambler. Cody gave us 3 options, pricing, pros and cons of each. He was friendly yet very professional. He did a great job installing the new motor
