Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.

Very good installation of the garage door movement mechanism. Surprisingly quiet and reliable. Robert Trotter gave me a helping hand moving items out of the way, even though it was my responsibility It seems to me the new regulations are more concerned about the safety of my non-existent underage children, than my own safety of any uninvited intruders entering my garage. No possibility of warning light, which I had before.

I was very impressed by the service I received!!! Once I made the call to Precision, a technician was at my house within an hour (although it wasn't an emergency). My tech was Zack and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained my options thoroughly and quickly installed my replacement parts.
