Very dissatisfied!! Very poor communication and handling from "call center" when appointment was set which resulted in wasting both my time and technician time. Get a better plan if you can't answer your own phones!

We’ve called on Percision Overhead Garage Door Service for several years to provide and service our storm reinforces garage door with superb results. Most recently, we called on them to repair a broken attachment within their 30 day post maintenance warranty period on a Saturday AM. My wife called to get an estimate on a garage door repair so we could use the coupon. The technician cane out and said that he was there for a service call and there would be a minimum charge of $80. Nice enough guy but Not what we asked for. Since he was there and we were on the hook for the minimum, we he offered a written review of the garage door. We also requested another opener, which he programmed for us. I believe the charge was around $140 and while he waived the service call charge, he did not discount for the coupon.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Shane He was very helpful and explained how the garage door opener worked and checked everything to make sure it was working properly. We bought our garage door from them 2 years ago and are very satisfied with the quality and service. If you need a new garage door you should use Precision.

When our garage door started making noises and stopped closing without coaxing, I knew it was time to be replaced. I had heard of Precision Door Service and called them. The scheduling was very easy. We had just about a complete job done, with everything replaced but the actual garage door itself. Wow, there is a lot involved in installing a garage door opener, and all that goes with it. Bryan Stewart was our service technician. He gave us a range of prices and options, and explained what each one covered. He did the job in about 3 hours, and I was very happy with the final job. He explained everything in detail, and gave us one of his cards and told us to call him if we had any questions or needed help. He did an excellent job cleaning up after he was finished. You would never have known he was there, except for the whisper quiet sound of the garage door opening.

Called and they were able to come out the next day! Arnold was very professional and very quick with installation. He wore a mask and gloves and wiped the opener down with disinfectant wipes which was very important to us during this time of the pandemic. Will be using them for all our garage door needs!
