My husband had a new garage door installed from your company a little over two years ago and I am so glad he did. He unfortunately passed six months ago and I now find myself taking care of home repairs. When I had issues with the door opening and closing I called to schedule an appointment, Travis was here the next morning, Sunday. I can’t say enough about his concern with my situation and resolving it in a timely manner. When I asked for the bill he told me that it was under warranty and there was no charge. You cannot imagine my surprise and delight that your company actually stands behind their product!

In 2019, Precision installed my garage door. On time, very efficient, clean work, and professional. Had a house inspector at the time even comment how quiet and smooth the garage door was. Today 2021, Precision had to do a minor adjustment on the open and close setting. All was covered under warranty with no hassle. Again very polite, efficient, and professional crew. I called the office and was informed a technician would be out the same day. Tim was our technician along with assistant Kris. He was professional, timely and provided us with honest advice. Our aged garage door system needed replacing and he provided us with 3 options, all fairly priced. The replacement was completed in about an hour and works beautifully.
