From when I called this morning and talked to the receptionist, who was really nice and really fun to the technician Brian Harmon that came out. What a great experience!! I started out this morning super stressed when my spring broke on this Holiday weekend and to Brian coming out and putting me at ease. He was a total professional, super helpful and I will recommended him and this company to everyone I know! Thanks Precision for making my Holiday Weekend a whole lot better! ????

We had a power outage that caused a malfunction of the system. I called at noontime and despite the late hour, a tech was able to come by within four hours. As a repeat customer, I would not call anyone else. My problem was fixed directly. The tech knew what he was doing and fixed the problem on the first try.

Have dealt with precision for many years. We used them at our home in Virginia and when we moved to Florida we called them to replace a garage door. We were not yet living in Florida and when we did get here the garage door installed was not what we requested. I called precision and they came out and replaced the door with no extra charge to us. They were very professional and made the job right. I continue to use precision and have never been disappointed.

I can't say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Robert Trotter repaired our garage door opener and replaced springs. Our system was damaged with a lightening strike. (We also lost Cable, telephones, etc). Precision came out to service and update our garage doors that are about 10 years old, and did an excellent job. They replaced the springs, rollers, cables, and added a new door opener. Our doors have never worked better nor been as quiet as they are now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. You won’t be disappointed.

Mike Fanning came out to assess a broken belt and keypad for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely polite. After checking out our garage door, he offered us multiple options and gave us an honest opinion of what he thought was best in our situation. The technician was incredibly rude and condescending. He quoted me over $200 to repair a belt to which I said that's a little steep since the unit didn't even cost that much. On multiple occasions he slowly explained to me "well, you know I'm installing it too,right." Since I called to schedule a replacement of a worn belt I'm confident I knew that.

Wrong size door sent to be installed. Was installed anyway while we wait for correct size. Far to heavy for me to lift manually. About 8 steel reinforcements on inside of garage is what’s causing this. To heavy for door opener to even work. I am not paying any balance due until this is all fixed. Also, there is supposed to be a keypad included. It wasn’t. I
