Our home is under construction from damage sustained during Hurricane Helene. Andrew was very kind and helped me understand issues I was having with other trades in my home. He could have just kept to himself and get the job done. He didn't, he went out of his way to reassure me that all will be well with the other issues I was having not related to the garage door. I am so pleased that he was the one assigned to service my garage door. What a wonderful young man. I am also very pleased with the new garage door motor that he installed. It runs so smoothy and is very quiet. Even the construction workers were so impressed they took it for a spin. Thank you Andrew thank you Precision.
