I can't say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

We got several quotes before we decided on Precision. Not only are they professional and offer multiple options, they helped us find someone to reframe our opening. The technician called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. when he arrived he introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. He started to work right away after making sure all safety measures were in place and that he too was protected.
