Everything went very well. Lloyd Tanner, your Door Consultant, came to our house to introduce himself and do the site survey. He provided a proposal which was fair; I agreed, and the deal was struck. Your installers, Ed and Franklin, arrived right on time to do the job. They definitely know their stuff; they were professional, courteous, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up afterwards. So we are very happy customers.

I own a home in St. Pete Beach that I also rent. The lock on the garage door broke off and, unfortunately, it is the only entry way into the space. I called Precision and asked them to send someone over to open the door. The "technician" named Carlos called me and said that he could not open the door. When I told him that I usually had luck just prying with a hammer head or crow bar on the left side, he came up with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to cut the door, etc. etc. Still, it was clear that he had not tried to open it in the way I suggested. I do not think they tried very hard and if you're looking for a company that goes above and beyond, find another one.

My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.
