We had a new hurricane resistant garage door with windows installed today. The sales person, Julie was very thorough and gave us a quote the same day. We were happy with the price and also upgraded our automatic door opener per her suggestion, ours was too small for the weight of the new hurricane door. We have used Precision Doors before to repair our old door and we were happy with the service 10 years ago. The installers were on time, courteous and did a fantastic installation job. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs!!

My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.

Precision is an exceptional customer service and quality firm from their employees to their products. They stand behind their work and put the customer first. There was a manufacture issue with my doors and Precision went above and beyond to get me a more superior product. They even assisted me with obtaining the right contractor for a few minor modifications i had to make to my 100 year old garage before the install. Highly recommend...very friendly sales, management and installer team!
