We used this garage door company years ago and recently contacted them to have a new door opener installed. The service men arrived when they said they would. They listened to our wants/needs and recommended and explained in detail 3 different products they believed would fit our needs. We made our choice and they installed the opener the same day. After a change in schedule, which was handled well, technician Carlos Morales arrived. He was cordial and presented himself well. He proceeded to assess the problem(inconsistent opening and closing and light on/off problem). He said a surge had caused system to function properly. He fixed problem in about 20 mns. and system performs well. thank you

Carlos Maralos did a complete overhaul of our garage door working parts. No vendor has ever pleased me as much as Carlos did. In addition to doing a great job with a wonderful attitude, he told me what he was doing and why . Moreover he did a lot of little things I. e. setting up old openers on separate garage that helped me a lot. He did them in a very few minutes that would have taken me an hour. We will always ask for him in the future. We bought a lot of new parts beyond what is listed below.

Tech was friendly and competent. Pleasantly surprised repairs could be done same day. New unit works fine and has all the remote capabilities we required. Were surprised by the 20 dollar disposal fee which was never quoted previously, although i asked for a total price. This should be included or explained when quoting.
