The reason why I've been a customer on precision door from the beginning it's because the fast, prompt, professional and they always complete the job correctly the first time. I would never use anybody else. John was professional, polite and good person and a great representative of the company. He explained to me clearly what was wrong throughout the whole process and corrected it. What more can you ask for? That's why I would never use anybody else . Thank you very much John. After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…

I called Precision on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment the following week. No emergency, just an estimate to repair our garage door that would not stay open when raised. The rep taking my call advised me a repairman could come out that day between 12-4pm. No extra fee for Saturday service. The service man arrived on time and accessed the garage door issue, and explained it to me. He was professional and polite as I asked him to give quotes for 3 options to correct the issue. The repair required 2 parts which were on his truck, the door was repaired and working in less than 90 minutes. Five Stars

Precision Garage Door was called on Sat morning and showed up at noon. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Mike also fixed a rumbling garage door we had by adjusting a bracket. Great job and Veterans discount!
