Precision Garage Door was called on Sat morning and showed up at noon. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Mike also fixed a rumbling garage door we had by adjusting a bracket. Great job and Veterans discount!

Robert explained what parts needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I gave permission to fix or replace everything that was written down. With a non-functioning garage door opener, I looked for a reputable door service organization that represented Genie openers, a brand I trust. I found Precision, it had good ratings, so I called. I talked with a very nice woman who discussed my problem with the door and set me up for an appointment the next day. Nick came out, very professional, very nice, and he found the motor in my existing opener, 15 years old, was worn out. So he gave me several choices in estimates for replacement, and we agreed on the scope and price. Nick got the door back to operational in about 3 hours. I was impressed by Precision's reputation. We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom's house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they're very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We called upon them to install the door on our own house. They met the expectation we had based on previous experience. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
