My technician Michael looked over the problem, explained the repair, broken spring, quoted the price and completed the work in a Very Timely fashion!!! He looked all over the garage door, lubricating all over the tracks, tightening screws and replaced ones that were no good!! Reset the garage door settings too!! I feel very comfortable referring people to Precision!!! And they EVEN work on Sundays at no additional premium!!!

Austin Orton went above and beyond the call of duty, providing exceptional customer service. Austin took the time to do a thorough check of the door, and explained what all was going on. Not at one time did he try to up sell me on things that may possibly break in the future. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and said that everything else on the door was still in great shape. There was no disappointment with the service I received in replacing my garage door opener and a few other updates that were pointed out to me at the time of the initial inspection. The technician, Michael Freeman, was polite, respectable, very detailed in his job, and did not try to pressure me into getting any service done outside of what I had felt was required. He looked over my garage, pointed out any issues, and then laid out multiple quotes for me to decide on what path I would like to follow. I am very pleased with Precision and would not hesitate to call them again for service, or recommend them to anyone.

Austin came and helped with our garage door opener which was quite old. He replaced it with a nice new system that has better features and will last a long time. The services provided with the phone contact representative and the technician were polite and professional. Austin did a great job with linking our cars and a new key pad too. Precision was the "go to" company we decided on to use to replace our garage door in 2016 and we have regretted it. But for an accident (caused by me) we have not had to do anything to the door since it was installed other than routine lubricating the rollers. When the accident occurred (indicated above) we did not hesitate to call Precision to do the repair. A technician was assigned to make the repair the same day that I called and the technician, Chris, made the repair that same day. I cannot say enough good things about Chris -- he was pleasant, courteous, professional, and quick.

We chose Precision for our new garage door in Seminole for many reasons. Of the bids we received, they were the highest quality and best overall value. We chose a 200 mph-rated door, which some other vendors didn’t even offer. The people we dealt with know their products and their jobs. The sales representative, Rebecca Fernandez, was very knowledgeable, and no smoke and mirrors or high pressure pitch. Very trustworthy, Justin Scott and Tyler Cope did a great installation in just 3 hours, including demo. All were friendly and cheerful. The permit inspector said that the door is very good quality and installed perfectly.

Precision put in a new garage door about a year ago. My garage door opener was not working properly so I called them to see if they could repair it. We had Precision install our garage door 4 years ago. This is our first problem we had which had nothing to do with the door. We had a high voltage power surge and damaged our circuit board. I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.
