I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door for a broken springs. I have used this company many years ago and with service calls you're always concerned about the after normal business hours or weekend calls. Precision advertises there are no extra charges for weekend calls. I called Saturday at noon and Precision reception set up the time for 2:00. Precision's Technician Jason Daring arrived and was quite friendly as he knew me by name. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a reasonable estimate. It was evident by his professionalism and mannerism he was proud to work for this company, and customer service was at its best; and at a good price. Thank you and please pass on to Jason- a job well done...

We have had this garage door installed in 2019 and it has been outstanding. We upgraded to the 168 mph hurricane door end it has been working fabulously! The technician , Christian came out and did normal preventive maintenance/lube, etc. Great seven-year warranty and the s visit was with no charge, YIPPEE! They are a great company with great products and stand behind their commitment with quick dependable service!

On Tuesday Jan. 11th the tension spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision to find out about fixing the door. I spoke to a woman to schedule an appointment. I gave her all the specs. on our spring including model number and asked if they had it in stock. She told me she spoke to a manager and said to me there would not be a problem that they had it. I also was concerned about a technician coming into our house with all this covid spiking. I asked to have him wear a mask. Again, she said not a problem, that he will wear a mask and use hand sanitizer and keep six feet from us. The next day the technician arrived without a mask. My husband asked if he had a mask and he said I think I might have one in the truck. We then offered him one and asked him to wear it. We both were wearing mask. I asked him to wear the mask and he seemed very put out to wear it, not courteous about it. He then went to look at the garage door and said he could not fix it as there was not any new parts for it, which was the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone. He stated he could replace with a new spring assembly for $1000.00 and $100.00 for an upgrade to 7-year warrantee. We had no choice but to go ahead and get the door fixed. So now our bill went from $400.00 to $1100.00. If I had known they could not fix it after the manager said no problem, I would have called another company. As far as we are concerned Precision does not have any integrity and we would not recommend to any of our friends or neighbors. Unfortunately, we paid for a warranty and if we have a problem, we will have to deal with you again. Judith Kline

Precision is a great company, we and other family members have used them for years. Today a cable came lose and we could not get the door to close. Having used this company in the past, I knew just who to call when I purchased a new home and wanted to have my system checked out...especially since there was an ominous sound in the motor. Jason arrived, diagnosed the issues, pointed out the problems and gave me a couple of options. Two hours later and after much effort on his part, the garage door works like it was brand new. Replaced broken main spring and all bearings and rollers. Only did repairs required, did them quickly and efficiently. Came when scheduled! Not cheap but would use them again.

My husband had a new garage door installed from your company a little over two years ago and I am so glad he did. He unfortunately passed six months ago and I now find myself taking care of home repairs. When I had issues with the door opening and closing I called to schedule an appointment, Travis was here the next morning, Sunday. I can’t say enough about his concern with my situation and resolving it in a timely manner. When I asked for the bill he told me that it was under warranty and there was no charge. You cannot imagine my surprise and delight that your company actually stands behind their product!
