Michelle, Jason and the install crew have all been amazing! We had 3 new "hurricane proof garage doors installed, new motors and external keypad -- they're so quiet, we can't even hear them open and close now! We will be using Precision again in PAG and ATL. Thanks gang!

As a Global HealthCare Leader, Philanthropist, Author, and Businessman, I am taking this time to write this review due in great part to the extraordinary service provided from your associate, Matt. First, I was referred to Precision by a business associate and admittedly speaking, I was not expecting much from the first appointment since it was simply an occasion to have an analysis of the garage doors of a home i recently purchased in St Petersburg. From the first moment I met Matt it was obvious to me that he did not see his role as a salesman and more as a consultant willing to identify solutions to problems. As a CEO of Public and Private Companies and as an author of one book on leadership and a second book due to be published in September, I am keenly aware of the attributes that separate the extraordinary performers from the average contributors. Matt possess all of the qualities that define a compassionate, committed, collaborative and creative leader. He instantly put me at ease with his in depth knowledge of alternative problem solving and i never felt like he was trying to push forward a business transaction and rather he truly took a vested interest in helping me reach a solution to the concerns I had with the two garage doors. I was not expecting to spend $6,000 in one occasion of meet and also shocked at the offer made to do the job on the same day of the assessment. Matt spent nearly 6 hours at my home never lodging one iota of dissatisfaction that the job continued into late evening. All in all, this experience as by far one of the best business interactions in my nearly 4 decades of owning a home and would recommend Precision and Matt without reservation due in great part to their unmatched customer service. WELL DONE!

Prompt and painless. Informative options and great execution. (Started with dicky remotes and ended up with overdue bearing upgrades and a new spring!) Great experience end-to-end.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door due to the wonderful service and satisfaction of a previous purchase. Melanie, was excellent in providing the information requested for our quote. Follow-up was quick and scheduling was no issue. She was very friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. For this project we purchased a garage door, garage door opener and outside keypad. Sherman was our installer and was very outgoing, polite, and well spoken while keeping the work area clean and tidy. He really took the time to make sure the install was done with excellence. The final product looks great and the opener is so quiet. Well worth the investment. In this day and time when it is difficult to find those who go the extra mile while performing their job this seemed very natural for Sherman. He took the time to answer our questions and instruct us on the operation of the new equipment. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience and an excellent product. Again, both Melanie and Sherman provided over the top service and assistance.

Couldn't be happier. In a time when companies too often pay only passing attention to quality of service and presss their people to get in and out n a hurry, our technician Seth was prompt, courteous, thorough, and someone who held your eye when having a conversation with you. We could not have been more impressed.

The service Tech Christian Walker was excellent. He outlined in detail the various items that were worn out on our door. He offered several options we could choose from at various price breaks. No High Pressuer at all. Christian was neat and very professional about his work. The area was left clean . I would gladly reccommend your company to any one needing service repair of their garage door.

In 2019, Precision installed my garage door. On time, very efficient, clean work, and professional. Had a house inspector at the time even comment how quiet and smooth the garage door was. Today 2021, Precision had to do a minor adjustment on the open and close setting. All was covered under warranty with no hassle. Again very polite, efficient, and professional crew. HIGHLY recommend this company.
