Jordan arrived on time, very well organized, experienced, polite and professional. Jordan gave me 3 options to choose from for my repair. He was pleasant and fast. Very good installation of the garage door movement mechanism. Surprisingly quiet and reliable. Robert Trotter gave me a helping hand moving items out of the way, even though it was my responsibility It seems to me the new regulations are more concerned about the safety of my non-existent underage children, than my own safety of any uninvited intruders entering my garage. No possibility of warning light, which I had before.

I was very impressed by the service I received!!! Once I made the call to Precision, a technician was at my house within an hour (although it wasn't an emergency). My tech was Zack and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained my options thoroughly and quickly installed my replacement parts. I can't say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Precision came out to service and update our garage doors that are about 10 years old, and did an excellent job. They replaced the springs, rollers, cables, and added a new door opener.
