Nick is an outstanding young man, surveyed the job, provided an estimate and got right to work. He removed all debris and blew out the garage floor. I called Precision because my father had used to replace the door in 2018 and I still had the invoice. Service was performed the same day I called.

The reason why I've been a customer on precision door from the beginning it's because the fast, prompt, professional and they always complete the job correctly the first time. I would never use anybody else. John was professional, polite and good person and a great representative of the company. The process for getting an estimate for the doors was very good. However, it took several phone calls with no response and 2 weeks before I could get my questions answered. This morning we had the 2 garage doors installed. It was a two person team that came out and one of them was rude, did not want to help move a few boxes out of the way and put them back, and he did not care that he moved a storage rack on wheels and left a long streak of rubber on a fresh concrete garage floor because he did not unlock the wheels before moving them. Unprofessional service. Doors look good.

The serviceman was very helpful and efficient. The repair was done in a timely manner and is much neater than the previous messy repair by another company. I will always call Precision in the future for problems with the garage door.

After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors on two different occasions. They were great to work with on both jobs. They were very helpful with picking out the style and color of the doors, dropping off samples for us and sending us pictures and information via email. The installation and service was outstanding as well. Their service technicians are very helpful and efficient. We would definitely recommend them

First and foremost, your company has an awesome reputation. After the last few storms, it was time to replace our garage door. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled immediately. From the first person to the last point of contact, your staff are very professional and well trained. Both of my interactions were informative, and to the point. Both Melanie and Chris were timely, and helpful in restoring our home. Thank you, and FYI, I got some business cards from Chris and have already started telling my neighbors about how pleased we are.

Hi … we had Josh out to put new sensors on and the bill was $363.00 after I looked on the internet I found out it should cost anywhere from $50 to $300 . I thought it was a bit expensive . It only took a few minutes and the parts shouldn’t be that much …. Hmmmm not a happy camper. He was very nice and professional .
