I called on NEW YEAR'S DAY just to get an appointment for a quote on fixing my garage door. PRECISION responded by sending out a TECH THAT DAY. Upon arriving, not only was he able to give me a quote, but was able to replace the old garage door unit and fix all the parts that were messed up with the old door. The first installer forgot to connect wires to the warning devices. Both red and green lites were not operating. This first installer needs to cover the 3" of butt crack that he exposes, PLS. Installer #2 fixed all issues and did a fine job in getting the door to operate properly. No cracks exposed! All is good at this writing.
