I purchased a garage door from Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay and I am very happy with how things went. From the first phone call I made to this company to the meeting with Anastasia Bender for an estimate, she was punctual, polite and answered all my questions. She was not pushy and she wore a mask! My family had ours on and she put one on showing respect for us. When I called her the next morning on Friday to tell her I want them to install our door and asked when could I get it done, I was very pleased to hear her say "how is Saturday?" That was great! Adam a very polite man did the whole install. He phoned ahead of time and told me he was on his way. He worked hard and I checked a few times on him and was amazed at how it was progressing! So a little over 2 1/2 hours I went out and it was done! Adam showed me the areas I need to keep lubricated and patiently explained the operation of my new garage door. I would definitely recommend using Precision for your garage door needs!

4 stars, as I didn’t receive an invoice because I paid by check. I would have paid in a different manner had I understood that. Then, a day later upon receiving the invoice electronically, satisfaction of the work completed was “x’d” as my signature. I was never given the opportunity to sign so an x should not have been signed for me.

My seventeen year old garage door motor had finally quit working and it was replaced with a new genie garage door opener. The technician (William Masten) showed me the various models available and had the one I selected in his truck. He quickly removed my old system and replaced it with the new opener. The technician was courteous and explained the operation of the new system to me. He was very proficient in setting up the new system and I would highly recommend him.

I called on a Sunday regarding a broken spring and other problems. A technician was at my house the next day and evaluated the situation. He provided me with 3 options all with different prices and levels of warranty. After deciding, he went to work and completed the job in less than 2 hours. A job well done!
