Genie trolley broke late yesterday afternoon(Sunday). Tech arrived today (Monday) around 1:30 PM and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Very happy with prompt service, and cost. This is the 3rd time I have used this company for various garage door repairs.

I had used your service before and was satisfied with the out come. Kieth was very professional and courteous. The one problem I have is he damaged the ceiling in the garage and didn't tell me. My opener broke on Friday night and I called overhead door who was the name on my garage door on Saturday. Their office was closed and I always see the precision door commercials so I called them Saturday morning. They were very responsive. Chris had great customer service and was very informative as to my options. I would highly recommend.

I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.

My family has used Precision for many years with nothing but great work. Punctual and efficient experiences. Today, Stephan was excellent. He did the best he could do after observing things the electrician did that shouldn't have been done. He did what he could and will be back after electrical work is finished. He apologized more than my contractor has after hearing of all the problems I've had. A great company! Very refreshing in this day and age.

Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. Total cost was $2,427 and well worth it. Thanks, Chris!
