Precision installed my garage door years ago and installed an automatic opener in 2021. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a result of an electrical outage during Hurricane Milton, my garage door opener was fried and had to be replaced. The technician did a great job!

Outrageously expensive. I do believe it was price gouging due to the hurricane. My sensors were damaged due to flooding from hurricane Helene. I provided the sensors, they installed 4 rollers and 1 remote. I was charged $826 dollars and now the external keypad doesn't work.

The company communicated with me constantly, to insure that I stayed informed as to their scheduling. They were always very courteous and pleasant on the phone. When I returned home from evacuating from Milton, my garage door was not working properly. I called Precision because they were the ones that installed it in 2014. Unfortunately, the opener was bad due to the power surge after the storm. The technician was able to replace it. He explained everything about the opener and even told me about the app for my phone. I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend Precision to friends and family.

I asked for a service call on a Genie garage door system installed by Precision in January of 2023. The technician, Bryce, arrived when promised, found the problem with the circuit board, and replaced it, as well as the safety eyes, both damaged by hurricane Helene. He was courteous, friendly and explained the damage and the repair upfront. I have had great service from this office and highly recommend them.

Can't say "Thank you" enough! I was in a tough spot trying to prepare to evacuate Hurricane Milton with my garage door spring broken and my car stuck in the garage. I had my doubts I could get someone on a Sunday morning but checked online and found PGD open! I made an appointment easily online and my door was repaired by 1 pm...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
