I have used Precision for the past Six years. Each time they send a professional worker to solve a problem. They check all other door components and advise you of potential issues. Worker, Chris Johnson, was sent out yesterday to replace two door springs. Expert installation and service by him. I would highly recommend them for garage door repairs.

Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. Total cost was $2,427 and well worth it. Thanks, Chris!

Chris did a fabulous job. I will definitely tell everyone to use Precision. I had dealt with Precision in 2014 when I was having problems with my garage door. When more problems arose three days ago, I didn't hesitate to call them again. My technician this time was Joshua Figueroa. I couldn't be happier with his service. He arrived on time, having phoned about fifteen minutes earlier to let me know he was close. His diagnosis of the immediate problem was spot-on. He gave me three options - one that would fix the problem, but nothing more, another that would have replaced some other parts that were worn but still workable, and a third option that practically gave the mechanism a total makeover. As the existed mechanism was sixteen years old, I chose door number three. Not only does the new mechanism run more smoothly, but it's also much quieter. John also provided new remote control openers and a new outside opened, and he programmed all of them, so I didn't have to fiddle with any of them. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door for a broken springs. I have used this company many years ago and with service calls you're always concerned about the after normal business hours or weekend calls. Precision advertises there are no extra charges for weekend calls. I called Saturday at noon and Precision reception set up the time for 2:00. Precision's Technician Jason Daring arrived and was quite friendly as he knew me by name. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a reasonable estimate. It was evident by his professionalism and mannerism he was proud to work for this company, and customer service was at its best; and at a good price. We have had this garage door installed in 2019 and it has been outstanding. We upgraded to the 168 mph hurricane door end it has been working fabulously! The technician , Christian came out and did normal preventive maintenance/lube, etc. Great seven-year warranty and the s visit was with no charge, YIPPEE! Carlos arrived on time to inspect the job, answer questions, and give me a firm price. Because I was going to be leaving the next day he arranged an emergency installation at no extra charge. The installation guys arrived on time, removed the old door and installed the new door in just two hours. I am impressed by the quality of the product and the service Precision has provided. On Tuesday Jan. 11th the tension spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision to find out about fixing the door. I spoke to a woman to schedule an appointment. I gave her all the specs. on our spring including model number and asked if they had it in stock. She told me she spoke to a manager and said to me there would not be a problem that they had it. I also was concerned about a technician coming into our house with all this covid spiking. I asked to have him wear a mask. Again, she said not a problem, that he will wear a mask and use hand sanitizer and keep six feet from us. The next day the technician arrived without a mask. My husband asked if he had a mask and he said I think I might have one in the truck. We then offered him one and asked him to wear it. We both were wearing mask. I asked him to wear the mask and he seemed very put out to wear it, not courteous about it. He then went to look at the garage door and said he could not fix it as there was not any new parts for it, which was the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone. He stated he could replace with a new spring assembly for $1000.00 and $100.00 for an upgrade to 7-year warrantee. We had no choice but to go ahead and get the door fixed. So now our bill went from $400.00 to $1100.00. If I had known they could not fix it after the manager said no problem, I would have called another company. As far as we are concerned Precision does not have any integrity and we would not recommend to any of our friends or neighbors. Unfortunately, we paid for a warranty and if we have a problem, we will have to deal with you again. Judith Kline

Precision Door and James our installer were excellent. Fast service, polite, professional. We wanted to replace an old opener with a new LiftMaster and James also noticed one of our door springs was about to blow out from the wall. He replaced the opener and the springs in 90 minutes and even used a small leaf blower to clean the garage floor when he was done. I would love to use Precision again but I know I won’t have to this repair will last for many years.

We called Precision Sunday evening, 1/9/22, as our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We received an appoint immediately for Monday, 1/10/22. Chris Pinnegar called me Monday morning to tell me he will arrive in 20 minutes for our appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, he explained how our devices worked and programmed our clickers.
