I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.

My family has used Precision for many years with nothing but great work. Punctual and efficient experiences. Today, Stephan was excellent. He did the best he could do after observing things the electrician did that shouldn't have been done. He did what he could and will be back after electrical work is finished. He apologized more than my contractor has after hearing of all the problems I've had. A great company! Very refreshing in this day and age.

Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. Total cost was $2,427 and well worth it. Thanks, Chris!

I had dealt with Precision in 2014 when I was having problems with my garage door. When more problems arose three days ago, I didn't hesitate to call them again. My technician this time was Joshua Figueroa. I couldn't be happier with his service. He arrived on time, having phoned about fifteen minutes earlier to let me know he was close. His diagnosis of the immediate problem was spot-on. He gave me three options - one that would fix the problem, but nothing more, another that would have replaced some other parts that were worn but still workable, and a third option that practically gave the mechanism a total makeover. As the existed mechanism was sixteen years old, I chose door number three. Not only does the new mechanism run more smoothly, but it's also much quieter. John also provided new remote control openers and a new outside opened, and he programmed all of them, so I didn't have to fiddle with any of them. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door for a broken springs. I have used this company many years ago and with service calls you're always concerned about the after normal business hours or weekend calls. Precision advertises there are no extra charges for weekend calls. I called Saturday at noon and Precision reception set up the time for 2:00. Precision's Technician Jason Daring arrived and was quite friendly as he knew me by name. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a reasonable estimate. It was evident by his professionalism and mannerism he was proud to work for this company, and customer service was at its best; and at a good price. Service was unbelievable I called at opening on Monday and a Tec showed up at 1:30 and fixed the sensors in record time.
