The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my garage door rollers were badly worn and my opener was wearing out. He produced an itemized list complete with prices of what was required to replace the unit, and I was not pressured to accept the most expensive choices. Once we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

I called at 4:30pm and a call was scheduled for the day at 10am. I received a call from Matt that the opener motor was burn out. The opener was more than 10 years old. I told him to replace it and the job was finished in less than 2 hours. Great company
