Received same-day service on my service call. quotes were explained clearly and the door opener was installed within 2 hours. Wayne Madore explained the door operation mechanics and I set the Key pad within seconds and all is wonderful now. Except for the new Door opener, you would never know a replacement was done. What a delight to have chosen this company! I called in at 1:30pm, and was told a technician would be out between 4 & 8pm. I was good with that. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm. Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. It was definitely a much more expensive job than anticipated, but thankful for the warranty on parts and labor and to have a working garage again!!!

This is just an outstanding company all the way around. A few years ago I had you reinstall new garage openers in two garages. Isak was the technician and he’s just fantastic all the way around. Yesterday a spring broke on the garage door (the builder had originally installed the door and the spring) and you guys were literally here at 9 AM this morning fixing it. Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently! Will have your service personnel back in future to replace recommended door bottom seal.

I have used Precision garage doors for the last 20 years. I have oversized garage doors that are over 30 years old and they have always done a wonderful job keeping them maintained when needed. Recently I backed into my garage door while it was closed. I was really concerned I was going to have to buy a new door. They fixed my door perfectly.
