Where do I start!.... Lets start with my call to Precision garage Doors, I was referred to General Manager Brittany. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous! She set up a service call for the same day and the service call was made by Orion Mancini, he was the perfect technician for my repair. He took the time to fix my door correctly! and I will forever be grateful to Precision Garage Doors for the kind gesture for providing the best door I purchased from them and the fast service provided for the repair when I call. best wishes for Brittany for her kind and understanding person she is!

When the garage door won't open, call Precision!! Precision tech, James Long, was at my house right on time - diagnosed all of the problems with the VERY OLD garage door opener. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go! All prices were discussed and an agreement was made to replace the entire system. The new system is so QUIET!! Thank you James for doing such a wonderful job.

Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs.
