OUTSTANDING!! My eight-year-old garage door was in terrible shape, partly because the original installers from Taylor Morrison did such an awful job, but also because they used the cheapest parts around. It is a miracle that my garage door didn't fail sooner. I researched three companies and chose "Precision Garage Door" due to its good reputation, longevity, warranty, and high-quality parts. Yes, they are expensive, but I wanted the absolute best with a warranty from a well-established company. John Duff, the senior tech who came for this job, impressed me with the level of detail he brings to his craft (I'm a perfectionist, and I was pleased to find that John is too). I know how difficult it is to properly repair a garage door, as I helped my brother upgrade his. I learned that replacing torsion springs is dangerous and that properly adjusting everything takes knowledge and experience. So, this time, we decided to let the professionals handle my garage door. The job consisted of replacing two torsion springs, bearing plates, ball bearings, torsion cable, rollers, brackets, drums, belt railing, and a handful of complex adjustments. Yes, that's how bad my garage door was. John also installed a new Chamberlain opener with LED light, camera, and battery, which I repurchased a few days ago at Lowe's, when we were debating whether to do this job ourselves. I want to express my sincere gratitude to "Precision Garage Door". I'm glad and at peace knowing my garage door will perform for at least another 10 years, thanks to the best experts I could find. Thank you, John! Xavier Lujan

Mr. Orion is an asset to your company. He was professional and friendly. The adjusting of the springs were done expediently and the added lubrication resulted in a much quieter door operation. We shall use your company again if we need additional garage door repairs or replacements.

There are not enough stars on Google for Precision Garage Door. Jared did such a great job, my garage door now opens so smoothly and quietly, I'm pretty sure it's the most graceful thing I own. It used to sound like a robot fighting a rusty chain, but now it's a silent ninja. Seriously, fantastic work!

Our garage door was sounding squeaky and we had no idea when was the last time it had a proper maintenance service so we called Precision. We were able to get same day service so that was convenient. Our tech, Colton, was thorough and courteous. He generated a priority list so we can decide which services we should address. Colton finished the job quickly and spent more time with us to make sure we were happy with the project. We highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Colton.

The 2 team members arrived and immediately understood my concern. Gave me a price, I agreed and repairs were made. They made recommendations for other work that would be needed at some point but didn’t oversell it and gave me the list and estimates. I have and will use Precision again in the future. As soon as they left we had another downpour and no water in the garage. Kudos to Precision. Trust them. I do.

Great experience with Cheyney today. We were experiencing issues with our motor. He explained the issues clearly and presented the options available without any pressure. We decided to have a new motor and chain installed and are pleased as it is now much quieter when it’s running. Cheyney thoroughly talked through the new equipment afterwards and even setup the remote built into our car. Would recommend.

I’ve had a Precision Garage Door for years now and it’s great! The service call today was to replace my battery powered access panel due to age related problems. The service technician was very friendly and explained his recommendation for a replacement. He also gave me some good advice about my garage door opener. He quickly replaced my old panel and had me up and running again.

In my working years I was a program manager with an engineering background for a multibillion dollar electronics firm. My customers were those of Dell, Apple, Cisco, etc. In short I deeply understand the value of customer service. Torie was very approachable, kind, comprehensive, and detailed. She's good at what she does without imposing high pressure on the customer. Tell her I said to take the rest of the day off....with pay:).

Andrea McDougal

Chris was super at explaining what he would be doing and why. He was also prompt and efficient! Lastly, he let me know the warranty on the new parts I needed. All around great professional customer service. Thank you!
