This was the second time I have had Precision out for work at my house and this time was for a full garage replacement after damage from hurricane Milton. The entire process from initial visit for the proposal to the replacement was very easy and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend using them.

The process for getting an estimate for the doors was very good. However, it took several phone calls with no response and 2 weeks before I could get my questions answered. This morning we had the 2 garage doors installed. It was a two person team that came out and one of them was rude, did not want to help move a few boxes out of the way and put them back, and he did not care that he moved a storage rack on wheels and left a long streak of rubber on a fresh concrete garage floor because he did not unlock the wheels before moving them. Unprofessional service. Doors look good.
