Precision Door and James our installer were excellent. Fast service, polite, professional. We wanted to replace an old opener with a new LiftMaster and James also noticed one of our door springs was about to blow out from the wall. He replaced the opener and the springs in 90 minutes and even used a small leaf blower to clean the garage floor when he was done. I would love to use Precision again but I know I won’t have to this repair will last for many years.

We called Precision Sunday evening, 1/9/22, as our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We received an appoint immediately for Monday, 1/10/22. Chris Pinnegar called me Monday morning to tell me he will arrive in 20 minutes for our appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, he explained how our devices worked and programmed our clickers. I chose Precision based on some recommendations on NextDoor. I just needed some light general servicing and the safety sensors adjusted. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, however the price charged for the services performed was extremely high. He was here for just about an hour without any products purchased, installed or used, except for lubricant, and the total was $417!!!! That’s ridiculous. I will not be recommending your company to anyone based on your exorbitant pricing.
