my door was not working , the rep came out and could not be more helpful. he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it fast. really good service call. he reprogrammed all devices . very happy.

I chose Precision based on some recommendations on NextDoor. I just needed some light general servicing and the safety sensors adjusted. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, however the price charged for the services performed was extremely high. He was here for just about an hour without any products purchased, installed or used, except for lubricant, and the total was $417!!!! That’s ridiculous. I will not be recommending your company to anyone based on your exorbitant pricing.
