She immediately scheduled a repair for that same day and informed us that the repair cost would be deducted from our new door purchase price. Approximately 3-4 years ago a technician came to check out my garage door and noted the need to replace several parts for the door to operate properly. About a year later my motor needed replacing. The technician advised on replacing it with the genie. Since that initial contact, I have made calls to Precision with minor issues. From the representative answering my call to the technician responding to address my issue, I was treated with respect and courtesy at all times. My technician was on time, polite and explained the details of what was wrong with my current garage door system. The new one works great, but I am not entirely happy with how the purchase was handled. Once it was confirmed I needed a new door, I was given a price that seemed high, then there were add-ons. I take responsibility for not asking if there was another choice for the equipment. Unfortunately I was distracted with a work issue and I should have asked. Clearly I was only presented with the hight end version - only one option! I did not even know it had a camera, which I find totally unnecessary. For anyone else making a purchase, ask what all the choices and options are.
