I've used Precision several times and each time I've had outstanding technicians. I called today due to an issue I was having with a sensor. Not even 30 minutes later, if that, there was a Technician by the name of Doug Surgener, at my home. He knew exactly what the issue was. He explained everything in detail. His professionalism was outstanding. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes and worked with me with cost. Thank you Precision for being a top notch company and your top notch Technicians.

Our garage door springs failed us on a Saturday afternoon. Sammy with Precision came out 2 hours later and had us back in business by early evening. He had everything we needed in his van to not only fix our garage door but we made a few upgrades. Excellent experience.

Just had my garage door restored to like new condition. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, who walked me through what needed replacing to make the door safe to operate after springs failed. Hurricane Helene eroded moving parts, rusting and weakening my door with salt water incursion. I obtained several estimates of varying prices. Neighbours trusted Precision and helped with my decision. I am so glad I trusted their recommendations. Chris was awesome assuring me door is now safe for everyday use and much quieter too. Thank you Chris.
