Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently! Will have your service personnel back in future to replace recommended door bottom seal.

Garage door spring failed. We called Precision at 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM the technician, Travis,was here and effected a temporary repair so we could get our cars out of the garage.
