The two young men who replaced the spring were very prompt and customer service oriented. In fact they were very pleasant and funny. Maybe I shouldn't be giving them five stars because they were both so ugly, not to mention that the rookie had to do all the work while the "veteran" just stood around telling him what to do. It was like watching an old time TV show "The Three Stooges" with one of the stooges missing. Please send a receipt
