Bill Garcia was a life-saver! We own a townhouse in Seminole Isle with brand new tenants. Their door stopped working on Christmas and we didn't find out until New Year's Eve! Bill explained everything and pretty much dropped everything to fix our door. The tenants were very pleased and his communications throughout the process were stellar!!
