Matt did a fabulous job on our garage door. He did a thorough evaluation of the mechanism and fixed it. We have never had a fully functional door since we moved into our home 13 years ago. Even after it was replaced several years ago by another company, there have been issues. We now giggle every time we open and close it because it is so smooth.

I beleve the technician first name was Chris. He was on time, called before he got there and was very courtious and nice. He fixed everything, tightened the belt, made sure the remotes worked and showed me how to reconnect the door when the power goes out again. He was not going to charge but me but I insisted that he did. Very knowagable and nice. I would reccomend your company to my friends and family.
