When our garage door started making noises and stopped closing without coaxing, I knew it was time to be replaced. I had heard of Precision Door Service and called them. The scheduling was very easy. We had just about a complete job done, with everything replaced but the actual garage door itself. Wow, there is a lot involved in installing a garage door opener, and all that goes with it. Bryan Stewart was our service technician. He gave us a range of prices and options, and explained what each one covered. He did the job in about 3 hours, and I was very happy with the final job. He explained everything in detail, and gave us one of his cards and told us to call him if we had any questions or needed help. He did an excellent job cleaning up after he was finished. You would never have known he was there, except for the whisper quiet sound of the garage door opening.

I would recommend this company to anyone, especially friends. They were great. Michele F. was right on time for our estimate, very personable, and came up with a great product at a very reasonable price. Jason did the install, again on time, did all the woodwork (for our 1953 home) to bring us up to modern code, was neat and very personable. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best.

I was very impressed with our technician. I was surprised that he was working alone but he removed the old door and installed the new door. He made sure the tension was correct and that I could open and close the door with no problems. He was professional, polite and asked my questions.

My garage door opener stop working and wondered who to call. I previously noticed Precision trucks in my neighborhood, so I checked out their Website. It is a great site that has a lot of information about what services they provide and their technical expertise and experience. I decided to call them and was glad I did. My garage door was 19 years old with no work ever done to it, so I had the garage door opener, rollers, spring all replaced with the tune-up. Their Technicians did an outstanding job and I would recommend them. Now it works great and I can't hardly hear the door when it opens. Thanks, Precision

He didn't rush through the installation, he made sure the door was installed properly and lubricated every moving part. He also adjusted the closer. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to install a new door or upgrade their current one.

We recently called Precision Garage Door Service to repair our door. We quickly received an appointment for a service technician to come to our house. Our technician, named Craig Earle, arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Craig quickly assessed the problems and gave us several options regarding repairs. Craig was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. Our garage door now works better and is quieter than ever before. We would gladly recommend Precision to any and all of our friends and neighbors.

I am a repeat customer of Precision. Your company replaced my garage door and some hardware several years ago. I was completely satisfied with your services then. This time you replaced the belt drive garage door opener. The response was prompt. The technician was cordial, courteous, thorough and professional. The work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

So you want a review. Well here it is. The salesman was very nice, and on time. However it is a week later, and I still received no estimate on the two garage doors. I did speak with the agent that afternoon and I was getting one that day. Hence no estimate. But that workout well, it gave me time to ponda about doing the garage doors. which would have to be 6.5 feet plus taking off 3 inches for trim work. having 8 foot doors on my house I can not imagine the functional performance of such small doors. Not counting all the framing that needs to get done. So thank you. I decided after waiting a week, to keep the old barn doors and re adjusting them which will actually look better, and makes the garages look larger.. and save wasted money. If i didn't have all this time to think it over, I would have did the doors and felt after the fact it wasn't worth it.. but nevertheless you would have made a sale. When buying property as I do, I used overhead garage doors for many of my projects. I picked to have you come to see the difference and your ads seem to have good prices. They show up like you guy did, but they give me a price on the spot. and installed as they said they would. None of this I have to get you an estimate and making people wait for a week and still no estimate. Not a good way to do business. and what a waste of company time..

I've used Precision Garage Door each time I experienced a problem over there past 20+ years. They have always been fantastic, on time, and always provided great service and reasonable pricing. I accidentally wedged my door and messed up the pull cable and could not close it. Precision scheduled for the next morning as it was already 5pm. Noah was the technician. On time, polite, knowledgeable and so patient as he listened to my garage door story. He repaired the door with expertise. Took the time to explain the repair and answered all my questions. If given the chance I'd request him as the technician if I ever need another repair or choose to replace the door.
