Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs. Expanding our existing Garage and needed a bigger door. Precision had installed our previous garage door ten years ago and had given us great service. Our builder was using someone else. We had both review and quote the new door. Precision was prompt helpful and and we agin chose them. Both had similar pricing. Liked the unit they had best. The Precision designer/sales associate Mike was excellent.

Called to get my opener repaired, but after considering age and lack of technology with my current unit, I decided to upgrade. Technician James Long was great in suggestions and install. The unit was a little pricey compared to what I’ve paid in the past, but James explained differences and encouraged me to check around before making my decision. I decided to get unit installed in spite of…… All is well thus far…..

I wrote a 5 star google review a few years ago about this company when I had a new garage door opener installed. I would give them more starts if I could and would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door issue. I had Precision come out today to find and fix a noise in my opener that I couldn't find or solve on my own. James was prompt, professional, engaging and worked to find the issue and had it fixed quickly. Thanks again Precision Overhead Garage Door of St. Pete. You are the only company I will use when it comes to maintaining my overhead doors.

The Precision Door Garage of Clearwater staff was superior in handling the dilemma of our issues keeping us temporarily homebound overnight and into the next day! They gave us a time frame for service and then, succeeded their expectations to have Stefan here ahead of schedule! He expertly analyzed the situation and wrote down our options for the amount of work, payment, and warranty. He had it running smoothly in just the time estimated, too! Kathleen Markham

Precision Door Service goes above and beyond in their service, professionalism, and most of all... honoring their warranty. We had an issue with the garage door after almost 4 years of a new install of a belt driven system with wifi tech. The service technician, Chris, was very thorough in investigating the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue, corrected the problem, and did not charge us! This speaks volumes for a company to own up on an issue that I really had no knowledge about and they simply resolved the matter without charging me for anything. I love this company. They are up and up and truly trust worthy. They absolutely live up to their catchy commercial tune. "Precision Door Service.. A Name You Can Trust". Thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!!
