had a issue with my garage door not opening this morning. called precious garage and door and same day to come out to look/fix my issue. shawn my tech was very nice polite and told me what options i had i definitely will be referring to shawn again to come fix any of my issues with my garage door. if i could give him 10 out of 10 stars i would. i will have shawn back again to replace my motor and track very soon. thank you again!!!!

Precision Door Service goes above and beyond in their service, professionalism, and most of all... honoring their warranty. We had an issue with the garage door after almost 4 years of a new install of a belt driven system with wifi tech. The service technician, Chris, was very thorough in investigating the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue, corrected the problem, and did not charge us! This speaks volumes for a company to own up on an issue that I really had no knowledge about and they simply resolved the matter without charging me for anything. I love this company. They are up and up and truly trust worthy. They absolutely live up to their catchy commercial tune. "Precision Door Service.. A Name You Can Trust". Thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!!

This place was recommended by my handyman. Wow. Austin came to fix the garage door the very next day after I called. Showed up on time checked the faulty unit, and offered three options for repair/replacement with different prices and warranties and explained them all. Easy. I picked the mid priced solution, and he worked away. An unexpected problem occurred and a previously working part stopped working too. Austin called this in and that part was replaced free of charge. I really hate dealing with service people generally, but these guys offer fabulous service, and are accountable and polite. Will never go anywhere else for garage door issues. Happy Customer!!! Julie

Precision is an exceptional customer service and quality firm from their employees to their products. They stand behind their work and put the customer first. There was a manufacture issue with my doors and Precision went above and beyond to get me a more superior product. They even assisted me with obtaining the right contractor for a few minor modifications i had to make to my 100 year old garage before the install. Highly recommend...very friendly sales, management and installer team!

We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door 3 times now, once for a total door replacement for one of our sons, and two or three times for repair work on our garage door, like this morning. I called and the next day a service tech was at our house. Besides fixing our door, he was extremely polite and helpful. We will be replacing the door soon, it is approximately 30 years old. I would and have recommended them often.
