I have used your service for years but I am increasingly frustrated. I called and asked the cost would be $90, the bill I was originally presented was $189.00. Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

My garage door opener failed on a hot July day and Precision sent James out that afternoon. The closed door pushed garage temperatures up near 100 degrees but James didn't stop until the job was done. Precision offered a varied price range on openers and provided a five year warranty on my new Liftmaster unit. They even offered a military discount so they earned my five star rating. A professionally run organization top to bottom.

I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in St. Petersburg, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.

Jason removed our old garage door and installed our new hurricane rated garage door including reinforced wood framing required for building code. The door and framing look great. He then demonstrated how the door opens and closes and how to lube the moving parts. We are very satisfied with the job he did and with the garage door we purchased. Great job, Jason. Thank you!!

Jim Rapp, I wanted you to know that you are operating an Amazing Company with an Amazing Team!!Your team installed two (2) new garage doors in April '23. They were making an unusual noise. From booking my service appointment to the arrival of Chris Poland, my technician who helped to identify the issue, walked me through what happened and what he was going to do to correct the issues. He was professional, worked super clean and did the job all with a smile on his face. Chris and your team is why I always use Precision Garage Door! You all are the best!! The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn't work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins. JIm was very professional It was great to see a repairman know his job well and looked sharp He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Good Job JIM. L Montgomery , 5 stars

Where do I start!.... Lets start with my call to Precision garage Doors, I was referred to General Manager Brittany. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous! She set up a service call for the same day and the service call was made by Orion Mancini, he was the perfect technician for my repair. He took the time to fix my door correctly! and I will forever be grateful to Precision Garage Doors for the kind gesture for providing the best door I purchased from them and the fast service provided for the repair when I call. best wishes for Brittany for her kind and understanding person she is!

When the garage door won't open, call Precision!! Precision tech, James Long, was at my house right on time - diagnosed all of the problems with the VERY OLD garage door opener. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go! All prices were discussed and an agreement was made to replace the entire system. The new system is so QUIET!! Thank you James for doing such a wonderful job.
