He did a full assessment and pointed out a few things for my awareness with no pressure for anything. He was able to fit in the repairs the same day and the garage door is so much better!

The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn't work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins. JIm was very professional It was great to see a repairman know his job well and looked sharp He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Good Job JIM. L Montgomery , 5 stars

She set up a service call for the same day and the service call was made by Orion Mancini, he was the perfect technician for my repair. He took the time to fix my door correctly! and I will forever be grateful to Precision Garage Doors for the kind gesture for providing the best door I purchased from them and the fast service provided for the repair when I call. best wishes for Brittany for her kind and understanding person she is!

When the garage door won't open, call Precision!! Precision tech, James Long, was at my house right on time - diagnosed all of the problems with the VERY OLD garage door opener. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go! All prices were discussed and an agreement was made to replace the entire system. The new system is so QUIET!! Thank you James for doing such a wonderful job.

Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs. This was our first time using Precision Garage Door and was impressed with the service and would definitely use them again.

We had both review and quote the new door. Precision was prompt helpful and and we agin chose them. Both had similar pricing. Liked the unit they had best. I would give them more starts if I could and would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door issue. I had Precision come out today to find and fix a noise in my opener that I couldn't find or solve on my own.
