Bob and Aiden were punctual and walked us through the process of necessary repairs. They also informed us of the current condition of our door and opener and how they could improve the performance and quality. They went above and beyond as we are throughly pleased with the result. Highly recommend their services.

I have used Precision garage doors for the last 20 years. I have oversized garage doors that are over 30 years old and they have always done a wonderful job keeping them maintained when needed. Recently I backed into my garage door while it was closed. I was really concerned I was going to have to buy a new door. They fixed my door perfectly. He also checked my other door and noticed that it needed some work. Both doors are running like they are brand new. Thank you John.

This company understands and knows how to conduct business the right way. Not only is Precision thorough and expedient in setting the appointment (they got to us next day), but also fastidious in their communications. Our service rep, Dylan Torrance, was punctual, knowledgeable, capable and restored our garage door to "like new" operation in about 2 hours. You simply cannot reasonably expect a better experience.

Fast service was greatly appreciated! Travis Prescott was professional, courteous and definitely took care of our problem. Remote would not work and cars could not open the garage door. We have always use Precision in the past and of course, immediately thought of them when we needed HELP! Our thanks.

Garage door spring failed. We called Precision at 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM the technician, Travis, was here and effected a temporary repair so we could get our cars out of the garage. He returned first thing in the morning with the permanent parts and made the repair in less than 2 hours. Could not ask for better service or a better technician. OUTSTANDING service.

They came out the same day and arrived in about 2 hours. Professional and courteous. Great job replacing my motor. This is the second time in the last couple of years I've had them out (2 different problems) and it's been great both times.

Precision was recommended by my neighbor who had recently had some service done to his garage door. So I called them and within an hour they were here. The tech was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He not only replaced the springs, but checked and adjusted several key points, bearings adjustments. I would use them again.

I have used Precision Garage Door many times. The service techs have all been professional and knowledgeable. I always trust their recommendations and believe in this company. After this past hurricane my garage door would not close. I called them on Saturday at 3 pm and they were able to have a tech to me between 6-8 pm. Now this is service. Chris Poland arrived on time and called me 20 minutes before arriving. He was soft spoken and when I spoke he listened without interruptions. He explained what had happened to my garage door opener extensively and I immediately felt comfortable around him. He performed the service and was done quickly. I would highly recommend him for a management position. He is that good at representing the company. Thank you Chris, for being honest, on time and friendly. I will continue to use your company and my neighbors have also asked what company I use, and I always recommend Precision Garage Door.

The technician communicated when he was 30 minutes away as promised. He arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. After reviewing the issue with my garage door opener, he presented with an estimate and allowed me to choose the issues I wanted fixed immediately. He performed the work very quickly and reviewed everything when he was finished.

There’s no one else to call but Precision. Don’t even bother wasting your time and getting disappointed with someone else that was cheaper or more savvy on the phone with you. Disappointment will ensue with other companies… I know. These folks are the best, the most legit, the absolute most professional, the kindest, the real deal to say the least. Thank you for my new doors, and thank you for the service in the past on my old doors. I’m stress free to know I have someone that is my “bo brainer” to call when I have a problem with my garage door or my motor. ?????????? seriously love Precision Door of Clearwater Christian Walker Big shoutout to Andrew Lachance and his crew for a great experience.

I needed to replace my garage door opener and wanted to stick with Genie since my last opener lasted almost 20 years. Precision was very quick to schedule an appointment to replace my unit. Adam was very attentive to the problems and offered several options to fix my door. I am very happy with my new door system.

I love doing business with Precision Doors. They replaced my old door & system when I first moved in and came out today to fix my door which was hanging up and not opening up properly (almost two years later). It was easy to schedule an appointment and he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He made sure to fix the problem and then ensure it was working properly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

This service was excellent. Michael was efficient, thorough and over the top professional and personable. I appreciate the quick scheduling, the person that answers the phone at the office, the Saturday service at no extra cost and the quality of the work. Anytime we need service to the garage, we will call Precision and ask for Michael!
