I have used Precision Garage Door many times. The service techs have all been professional and knowledgeable. I always trust their recommendations and believe in this company. After this past hurricane my garage door would not close. I called them on Saturday at 3 pm and they were able to have a tech to me between 6-8 pm. Now this is service. Chris Poland arrived on time and called me 20 minutes before arriving. He was soft spoken and when I spoke he listened without interruptions. He explained what had happened to my garage door opener extensively and I immediately felt comfortable around him. He performed the service and was done quickly. I would highly recommend him for a management position. He is that good at representing the company. Thank you Chris, for being honest, on time and friendly. I will continue to use your company and my neighbors have also asked what company I use, and I always recommend Precision Garage Door.

The technician communicated when he was 30 minutes away as promised. He arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. After reviewing the issue with my garage door opener, he presented with an estimate and allowed me to choose the issues I wanted fixed immediately. I have used your service for years but I am increasingly frustrated. I called and asked the cost would be $90, the bill I was originally presented was $189.00. Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

The closed door pushed garage temperatures up near 100 degrees but James didn't stop until the job was done. Precision offered a varied price range on openers and provided a five year warranty on my new Liftmaster unit. They even offered a military discount so they earned my five star rating. I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in St. Petersburg, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.

Jason removed our old garage door and installed our new hurricane rated garage door including reinforced wood framing required for building code. The door and framing look great.
