I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.

The garage door I had purchased in the past was from Precision. Remembering the previous visit I knew I was coming back to Precision to have any repairs for my garage door. Your service is exceptional and your technician are always polite, courteous and helpful in explaining exactly what the issues are. Received same-day service on my service call. quotes were explained clearly and the door opener was installed within 2 hours. Wayne Madore explained the door operation mechanics and I set the Key pad within seconds and all is wonderful now. Except for the new Door opener, you would never know a replacement was done. All was neat and clean when Wayne left.

What a delight to have chosen this company! I called in at 1:30pm, and was told a technician would be out between 4 & 8pm. I was good with that. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm. Quality company, quality work, and the best technician they could have sent to me. Chris E. is a professional, personable, knowledgeable young man, and I am 120% satisfied with the whole experience~

We have used Precision before for our home so it was a no brainer when we needed them for our rental property. They were able to come out the same day, provided me with lots of detail regarding what was needed and completed the repairs on the spot.

Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. It was definitely a much more expensive job than anticipated, but thankful for the warranty on parts and labor and to have a working garage again!!!

This is just an outstanding company all the way around. A few years ago I had you reinstall new garage openers in two garages. Isak was the technician and he’s just fantastic all the way around. Yesterday a spring broke on the garage door (the builder had originally installed the door and the spring) and you guys were literally here at 9 AM this morning fixing it. Isak was the technician again, and he’s just as awesome today as he was the last time! Well done!!

Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently! Will have your service personnel back in future to replace recommended door bottom seal.

We have been with Precision for some time and we're not disappointed as to the prompt response, courtesy ,and professionalism that came on a Sunday. We were going to wait till Monday, but the lady assured us , a technician could be out that afternoon. So Chris Johnson came , and explained all that was needed and finished the job and answered all our questions. If all your employees are like Chris and like the lady that took our call, Precision will be successful for a long time to come!

I chose Precision Garage Door because of the great reviews that I read online. The technician aka Christopher Enlow came at the scheduled time. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem and explaining the best course of action. I was in the middle of setting up for an estate sale and the chaos did not phase Christopher. Thank you for a job well done!
