I had Precision out in February when my spring broke apart. All went well but it was a little more money than I had to spend. The work was done on a Thursday. The next day, Friday I opened the door and it literally flew off the tracks. The tracks bent and the door was dangling. A gentleman came out looked at it and said he would send a tech out the next morning. The tech came and he couldn't believe what had happened. It took awhile but he fixed it and put it all back together. Forward to August 19th, my boyfriend noticed that the cable cord was slacking and I called for a service call. Brian came and fixed it under the warranty . He is pleasant and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Through all my interactions with Precision everyone has been great. Even the ladies in the office are friendly and efficient. You can be proud of a great group of people that work for you. Thank you!

We got several quotes before we decided on Precision. Not only are they professional and offer multiple options, they helped us find someone to reframe our opening. Our house had the original garage doors and needed a lot of prep before installing a new door. Julie always followed through and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. We felt important and the quality of service is above expectations. The installers were polite and easy to talk to. They cleaned up after themselves and offered guidance to keep our new door running smoothly for a long time. We will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

these guys are GREAT !!! I've seen their ads on TV for years. Was away for couple months. Friends came over and really messed up door. I called Precision the day I got back. Tech came out, gave me 3 options at various prices to fix the problem. He was great. Door works better & quieter than it has in 25 years!!! They really do great work & at reasonable prices.

I have dealt with PGD in the past but this time was unbelievably fast. I discovered my door was broken around 3:45PM and it was completely repaired by 5:00PM the same day.

Over five years ago they replaced my garage door. Very happy with that. Today they replaced my old opener. Same day I called the were here within the hour. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotter then heck outside but he didn’t complain. Great attitude. Very helpful.

When our garage door stopped working Sunday morning I remembered Precisions ads saying same day service 7 days a week so I called. They came that afternoon and fixed a number of issues and included a full warranty for 5 years. We were very happy with the excellent service.

Great prompt service. The technician called with an update for his arrival and estimated timing. He explained what needed to be done in layman's terms and gave me options for the fix. When I first Used Percision, was in 2016 .We were in need of a new door.I called the service person came right out.He showed us the door ordered the one we wanted and that was it .I called another time I'm not sure what it was doing but it was checked out the problem was taken care of.The service man did tell me I will be needing to replace the door opener at some time it was getting worn out .Well that day came. So I called today and around !!:30 AM The service men were here .They told me how bad it was. I let them know I was told that day was coming. Great Service Let me know what the total was and then I said lets do it. I was asked if I had enough time for them to do the replacement would take about an hour .No Problem I had no place to be today .Thank You For Great Service ALL The Time.!!!!

I had called to request a quote on simply replacing the back-up battery of our garage door opener. I gave all the specific details of our model and was given a quote of $125-$150. I agreed and scheduled the technician. A few days later when the technician arrived to install, he gave me a quote of $238. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I told him the quote I had been given. He went back to the van and after about 10 minutes came back and said they would do it for $150. It felt very unprofessional and disingenuous. Good service, but I question the pricing policies the company and technicians employ.

We needed our door spring replaced. Daron looked at the whole door and of course tried to sell me new coils. That is his job, I politely declined. I was impressed by his knowledge, he told me my spring was a 2007 model. I have another door that was installed by Precision and is still working like new. Daron gave me an estimate, I accepted. He started the job and was finished in about 15 minutes. A job well done and worth the money. Daron is efficient, kind, well spoken and an excellent representative for the company.
