The Technicians were great. They assessed the situation and then had me review what they found and gave me some alternatives as to the best way to correct. Very pleasant to work with and they were very neat and efficient in completing the repair...THANKS

I was very pleased with Matt’s knowledge of the equipment. He also gave me a education of the problem on my doors. I was very impressed Matt’s professional manner. Even though Matt didn’t seem to be a fan of Georgia Tech I will not hold that against him, This time. I will give him a 5 Star rating. Thanks,

When our garage door stopped working Sunday morning I remembered Precisions ads saying same day service 7 days a week so I called. They came that afternoon and fixed a number of issues and included a full warranty for 5 years. We were very happy with the excellent service.

Great prompt service. The technician called with an update for his arrival and estimated timing. He explained what needed to be done in layman's terms and gave me options for the fix. The job was done professionally and timely. Everything was cleaned up and fully functional when they left. I am totally happy with the experience.

When I first Used Percision, was in 2016 .We were in need of a new door.I called the service person came right out.He showed us the door ordered the one we wanted and that was it .I called another time I'm not sure what it was doing but it was checked out the problem was taken care of.The service man did tell me I will be needing to replace the door opener at some time it was getting worn out .Well that day came. So I called today and around !!:30 AM The service men were here .They told me how bad it was. I let them know I was told that day was coming. Great Service Let me know what the total was and then I said lets do it. I was asked if I had enough time for them to do the replacement would take about an hour .No Problem I had no place to be today .Thank You For Great Service ALL The Time.!!!!

I had called to request a quote on simply replacing the back-up battery of our garage door opener. I gave all the specific details of our model and was given a quote of $125-$150. I agreed and scheduled the technician. A few days later when the technician arrived to install, he gave me a quote of $238. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I told him the quote I had been given. He went back to the van and after about 10 minutes came back and said they would do it for $150. It felt very unprofessional and disingenuous. Good service, but I question the pricing policies the company and technicians employ.

We needed our door spring replaced. Daron looked at the whole door and of course tried to sell me new coils. That is his job, I politely declined. I was impressed by his knowledge, he told me my spring was a 2007 model. I have another door that was installed by Precision and is still working like new. Daron gave me an estimate, I accepted. He started the job and was finished in about 15 minutes. A job well done and worth the money. Daron is efficient, kind, well spoken and an excellent representative for the company.

I chose Precision to complete repairs to my garage door, because the previous company AAA Garage doors did not fix the door after returning 5 times. Precision had completed work on my daughter's garage door and I was completely satisfied. At this time, I am satisfied of the work completed this morning by Matthew Cipolla. Exceptional job done. Thank you so very much.

We chose Precision because we had used them in the past and because we had a coupon. They were able to provide same day service. The technicians were knowledgeable and did a professional job in a very reasonable amount of time. We found the fee charged straight forward and fair. We will call them again when needed

We called because the seal strip on the bottom of our door had rotted. When Matt came out, he found other issues that we had not noticed, but were significant. He spent many hours doing all of the repairs. The results were very apparent. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use Precision again.

Very satisfied with the promptness of the service tech (Jose Rosario). He was actually early. Very attentive and knowledgable of problem with my garage door. Replaced the spring and put on new rollers and adjusted chain on opener and it was much quieter than before. Good job Jose. I would reccomend Precision if you need work on your garage door!!
