I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing "teeth". I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.

Not only did Dave knock out my possessed garage door in record time but his personality was fantastic. He turned a lousy day into a great day with his infectious laugh and upbeat personality. My garage door would only open part of the way and then it would start making an awful grinding sound. I called Precision Overhead Garage door and a young man named Keith Allen came over and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. I was very impressed with the service.

Installed a new door a few years ago and was pleased with the product and service. Door opener took its last breath. Went to website to see what was available and called at 8 this morning(10/20) Matt Leto arrived at 2:35, performed the work answered any and all questions while demonstrating and giving me a quick lesson on operation. Fantastic system and so quiet! Very happy.

John Pappas replaced both springs, lubricated hinges and tracks, and made sure system was working before he left. A little more expensive than other businesses, but responded on weekend when others were closed. Overall, very happy with John and this company.

Everything was great! John Pappas was the tech dispatched to my home and he showed up more than an hour early (he called ahead to ensure it was OK and I was home) for which I was very grateful! Once on site we talked about the damage and checked the door for less than 5 minutes and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get it operating correctly again. He installed the frame bracket at the top panel and everything took less than a half hour. He even recalibrated the opener / door close limit to ensure it was as flush to the ground as possible without pressing against it - something I didn't even realize was happening prior to his arrival. John was great right from jump street, the price was very reasonable - especially for a saturday afternoon appointment and the work went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone in need of help with their garage door!!

5-star good product, excellent service rep--friendly, intelligent, diligent. Your categories below don't fit the work done. The service performed was the installation of locks/bolts to secure door when power is off. So, yes we did purchase the locks/bolts but that isn't mentioned in your choices.
