I saw one of their techs working on a neighbor's garage door this morning and was impressed at the work he did. I asked if he had the time when he was finished to take at look at our squeaky, creaky, 20+ year old door. After he finished at the neighbor's he came over and diagnosed the problem. He gave us a detailed estimate on the spot. I reviewed and accepted it. To my pleasant surprise, he offered to do the necessary work right then and there. I accepted the offer and the work was expertly done with a few hours. I am very impressed at the quality of the work and at the effort made by the tech to communicate clearly with me throughout the project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service!! He hung out a little longer to run me thru the LED bulb issue with openers which solved my problem, greased my squeaky belt, among other things, and was very personable. In short he didn't leave until the job was 100% complete and then some. Though now retired, profession was with a multi billion dollar electronics firm here in St Pete. Among do many other products we mfg 240000+ Apple Iphones per day. I can assure you I understand customer service better than most. Michael's work and professionalism was superb. FYI I live in a 30 unit townhome community. Units were built in the 80's . Something's always breaking. I will highly recommend Precision to the Association for future repairs. Thank you.

Bryan and his partner are the most professional, courteous, polite technicians and customer service representatives that I have met in a long time. They represent Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to the public in a very positive way. I would not hesitate to recommend your company due to the personnel with your company that I have come into contact with. Being in the customer relations business all of my life, I am very impressed and pleased with their service.

Cons: There is no pricing on the website. When you call in the ladies know very little about the garage door openers and again will give no pricing. Pros: Called and came early on the day scheduled. No high pressure sales at all from my tech Kevin A. Kevin was very good explaining my options from repairing my older unit and replacement units that meet my needs. He had everything on the truck to complete my install there on the spot in a very timely manor. Prices were very fair for the quality and warranty they offer. I would highly recommend Precision to anybody and ask for Kevin A as your tech.

Jose did a great job of installing a new motor for my garage door. He was courteous and prompt. I was surprised that he was able to install the motor on the spot after diagnosing the problem. I had assumed it would require a follow up appointment. It was my first time using precision and I was very impressed with the service I received.

We had a great experience. One visit from the sales team to show options and quote price. Second visit for installation of our new garage door.

Everything went very well. Lloyd Tanner, your Door Consultant, came to our house to introduce himself and do the site survey. He provided a proposal which was fair; I agreed, and the deal was struck. Your installers, Ed and Franklin, arrived right on time to do the job. They definitely know their stuff; they were professional, courteous, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up afterwards. So we are very happy customers.

Very professional proficient and fast, great technician. I feel as though I could advertise for your firm. Many yrs ago I had privilege to work for and meet Bill Marriot. He took time to visit his hotel in Maui Hi. And spoke these words to his employees". It's only because of you folks( employees) that we have the highest ratings in hotel business, thank you all and please no matter what capacity you work- always take the time to act on my behalf when it comes to customer service". Rest assured that the technician that serviced me , represented your firm 100%

I own a home in St. Pete Beach that I also rent. The lock on the garage door broke off and, unfortunately, it is the only entry way into the space. I called Precision and asked them to send someone over to open the door. The "technician" named Carlos called me and said that he could not open the door. When I told him that I usually had luck just prying with a hammer head or crow bar on the left side, he came up with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to cut the door, etc. etc. Still, it was clear that he had not tried to open it in the way I suggested. I do not think they tried very hard and if you're looking for a company that goes above and beyond, find another one.

Keith gave five star service all around. On time, friendly, knowledgeable. Keith connected my car home link service to the garage opener unit and also linked a new hand held unit. Cleaned up after he was finished working. Cannot say enough about his work or more importantly his friendliness. Because of Keith service I would recommend Precision Garage service to any one that needs repairs or replacement. Great job! Keith

By far, the best experience of all my home improvements. The technician was on time, he was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and thorough during the installation. Upon completion with the install, he took time to explain everything in terms I could understand, and did not rush through the explanation. I highly recommend this office of Precision. Ask for "Chris" as your technician, you wont be disappointed.

My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.

I actually had several things replaced for my old garage door to work again. David, the technician was polite, precise, clean, professional in his dealings with me. After some negotiating with the price,we finally reached an agreement.I was very pleased with the work. My garage door now operates smoothly and quietly. Thank you !
