Garage door spring failed. We called Precision at 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM the technician, Travis,was here and effected a temporary repair so we could get our cars out of the garage. After this past hurricane my garage door would not close. I called them on Saturday at 3 pm and they were able to have a tech to me between 6-8 pm. Now this is service. Chris Poland arrived on time and called me 20 minutes before arriving. He was soft spoken and when I spoke he listened without interruptions.
