The garage door wouldn't close. I couldn't find a reason, neither could the lawn man. I called for service and was told no one could come before the next morning. Tanner said all the emergency appointments were taken. It was about 5:30. He said he would page someone to let them know. I was worried because the door wouldn't close and there have been a lot of thefts in the neighborhood lately. Burglaries, cat theft, even physical attacks. So I wasn't comfortable waiting..but I had to. I'm disabled and live on my own. I hardly slept last night because I was so worried. This morning I received a call amd not one but 2 people showed up. Apologized and fixed it. It was a very simple fix. And the men were proffessional. I could have fixed it myself I'd noticed the problem. So I like my garage door amd the company. But one of the selling points was the 24 hour service. And that didn't happen. Other wise I'm happy.

Noah showed up on time with a smile on his face despite the excessive heat! His greeting was warm and personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I explained my concerns and after his inspection he told me everything looked good and finished up. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I did need a new remote, which by the way is way overpriced, but I realize he has nothing to do with that. Remote was just about the same as the service call!!

The appointment was easy online, and the tech was super helpful and professional. We were unable to go further due to work restrictions and the pricing was too high on each issue. There is definite value in Precision services, but the overall pricing was out of reach. The tech was very sympathetic and spent time looking at options. Still feel the service was great and the tech was awesome. The prices are somewhat predatory, even in an emergency. I would encourage a review.

I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.
