I asked for a service call on a Genie garage door system installed by Precision in January of 2023. The technician, Bryce, arrived when promised, found the problem with the circuit board, and replaced it, as well as the safety eyes, both damaged by hurricane Helene. He was courteous, friendly and explained the damage and the repair upfront. I have had great service from this office and highly recommend them.

Can't say "Thank you" enough! I was in a tough spot trying to prepare to evacuate Hurricane Milton with my garage door spring broken and my car stuck in the garage. Precision Overhead Doors fixed my door and solved the problem. The staff in office and the installer helped me. I was afraid the door would fall apart! We have used Precision in prior years and are very happy every time they have worked on our door. I was very surprised to get someone to come, especially since Hurricane Helena had them so busy. My door problem is nothing compared to many homes loosing their garages and doors. Thank you. Now I will use the door and not worry about it falling apart.

Jack from Precision Garage Door was extremely professional! He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up as planned. He asked what I wanted. The only reason I did not order a new Garage door is because I don't have the ceiling space for it. Also, he explained that my swing out door was discontinued in 1970, so they cant repair it. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Pete.

I scheduled an online appointment for an estimate on a new garage door and opener. Andrew came out and met with me to explain some options and to measure the opening. My existing door is original to the house and will require new framing to bring it up to code. Andrew explained the process to me and was able to answer all of my other questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased a new door and opener and scheduled an install date.

Great job guys! Saw your ad on line and how it was written up. Called and got appointment that day. service Technician was spot on. He showed me what the problems were. After I gave him permission to start he hit the ground running. He completed most of the work in a few hours but had to come back tomorrow and install the new rollers.
