Four stars for the business professionalism & one super fast ???? shooting star to David the Technician that installed my garage door opener on a rainy Saturday afternoon. He actually showed up right at the beginning scheduled 4hour timeline window. He is very knowledgeable, kind, clean-cut fella, mannerly, and very proud & passionate about his position there at PDS. This repair was for the bracket that holds the springs to the leader/header board. This is the second time I have had Precision out to my house. Each time they have taken care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They point out things to watch for in the future, but no high pressure sales to do it right away. So they fix the actual problem, and don't try to manufacture work that is not needed. The price has always been less than I expected. Both techs have been very polite, friendly, professional, and offer helpful, informative information about my door and opener.

The two installers did a wonderful job. After the install, they walked me through the functions of the openers, the key pad, and troubleshooting. The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my garage door rollers were badly worn and my opener was wearing out. He produced an itemized list complete with prices of what was required to replace the unit, and I was not pressured to accept the most expensive choices. Once we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

The technician, Carlos Morales and his assistant Jordon arrived on time and quickly assessed what was needed. They were very professional and explained what options I had to change over from extension springs to a torsion spring system.
