One of two springs on our 2-car garage snapped. We called Precision. Shane Tremaine came out when promised. In addition to replacing the two springs, Shame installed a new Linear opener. Everything worked flawlessly for about two weeks. Then the garage door was opening and closing by itself. I realize how odd that sounds but I witnessed it first hand. I called back. Shane came out the next day. Thankfully he didn't look at me like I was crazy! He went over a few possibilities but ultimately decided to replace the circuit board. Things are working flawlessly again. Shane represents Precision exceptionally well. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When he left the second time, he gave me his card with his personal cell number on it. Not many service technicians would do that. I would recommend Precision and Shane Tremaine to anyone looking for a garage door repair or a new opener.

Christmas Eve and the garage door is not working. I called in the morning assuming that I would get service sometime after the holidays. No. Perfect customer service. I had two guys at my house at 5 p.m. They were friendly, professional, engaging, and installed my new opener quickly. A service call for a check-up on an Amarr Entrematic two-car garage door and a Lanier garage door opener that was istalled in December 2018 was scheduled for today. The serviceman arrived on time and oiled the needed parts. He found that a wire was partially covering a sensor and may interfere with its operation for opening AND closing smoothly. Otherwise, there was no problem WITH NORMAL operations. Thank you. The home is a home that is HOMESTEADED to the rightful owner. The garage door is a nice product.

He made some great recommendations regarding my garage door and I ended up going with the option to get a new one rather than repair the current one.
