Their office was closed and I always see the precision door commercials so I called them Saturday morning. They were very responsive. Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. Total cost was $2,427 and well worth it. Thanks, Chris!

I needed a sensor, $200. Lubricate and adjust spring, $120, Fleet transportation $20 (whatever that is). Price was exorbitant!
