In 2019, Precision installed my garage door. On time, very efficient, clean work, and professional. Had a house inspector at the time even comment how quiet and smooth the garage door was. Today 2021, Precision had to do a minor adjustment on the open and close setting. All was covered under warranty with no hassle. Again very polite, efficient, and professional crew. I called the office and was informed a technician would be out the same day. Tim was our technician along with assistant Kris. He was professional, timely and provided us with honest advice. Our aged garage door system needed replacing and he provided us with 3 options, all fairly priced. The replacement was completed in about an hour and works beautifully.

I called on NEW YEAR'S DAY just to get an appointment for a quote on fixing my garage door. PRECISION responded by sending out a TECH THAT DAY. Upon arriving, not only was he able to give me a quote, but was able to replace the old garage door unit and fix all the parts that were messed up with the old door. Now, I have exactly what I needed and a seven year warranty. And it was all done on NEW YEAR'S DAY and in less that two hours. The TECH was very professional and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend PRECISION to anyone looking for garage door repairs.

The first installer forgot to connect wires to the warning devices. Both red and green lites were not operating. This first installer needs to cover the 3" of butt crack that he exposes, PLS. Installer #2 fixed all issues and did a fine job in getting the door to operate properly. No cracks exposed! All is good at this writing.

Recently, the motor went on my door. Chris let met know when he was coming and even did some trouble shooting on the phone with me to make sure I really needed the visit, so he wouldn't waste my money! Unfortunately, the motor needed to be replaced. He was extremely personable, explained all my options and went to work. It was a Sunday and the rates were no different than if it had been Monday! I have used them multiple times and would never call anyone else! I would highly recommend this company, they are about the customer!

I just bought a house and the spring on the Garage was broken and needed repaired. My realtor referred me to Precision and said they were a good company to work with. My appointment time was set for between 10AM and 2PM. I received a call to let me know they had an earlier opening. I met the technician at the house. It turned out to be a much bigger repair than expected but I was given several options. After discussing with a family member I chose the option I wanted to go with and the technician went to work.
